2019 Deutsche Marque Concours d'Elegance
2019 Deutsche Marque Concours d'Elegance

The Deutsche Marque Concours d'Elegance is a rite of spring for members of the BMWCCA, PCA, and Mercedes-Benz Club of America who live in the Greater Washington Area of our nation's capital. Our 36th annual celebration of German classic and youngtimer cars delivered great examples representing the historical significance of our beloved three-pointed star. In addition to concours and people's choice awards, three GWS members conducted Silver Star Preservation certification at the event under the guidance of GWS Technical Chair Pete Engel. It's with great pride that one of our members won The Spirit of the Deutsche Marque Concours Award, a subjective award presented by the three clubs' Concours Chairmen to only one vehicle at the event. Congratulations to all concours winners and a hearty thanks to all of our volunteers without whom coordination and judging of this event would not be possible!
